 fatal exception OE 0177:BFF9D709 Post a Reply

I have a Dell computer with Windows 98 installed. Recently programs have not been performing properly and the machine has slowed down. I keep receiving the following error message intermittently fatal exception OE 0177:BFF9D709. I have done virus checks, clean sweeps, and defrags. If anyone can help I would be really grateful.

I have the same problem. I keep getting fatal exception OE has occured at 0177:BFF9D709. I can't find an answer anywhere on the internet. Can someone help?
