I too have pauses, hangs. Then resumption. 512 MB Ram.
Sometimes the open windows are blank.
Looking to find who has diagnosed this problem.: I have 1-2 second intermittent pauses occuring when typing or using the mouse. System doesn't crash, but you have to wait for the screen to "catch up" - say 4 times during this sentence.
: System is newish motherboard running AMD K6 2 500 Mhz chip with 128 SDRam, near empty 10Gb HDD, onboard sound/graphic & only card is a modem.
: I am running the computer with sides off - its not overheating.
: Appreciate some help..
