U CAN TRY THE FOLLOWING SOLUTIONS....

1) CLOSE ALL THE PROGRAMS THAT ARE CONFLICTING WITH AOL ie..PRESS CTRL+ALT+DELETE. CLOSE ALL THE PROGRAMS OTHER THAN AMERICA ONLINE, SYSTRAY, AOLTRAY.

2) FREE SOME OF UR HARD DRIVE SPACE BY RUNNING SCANDISK AND DEFRAGMENTATION. REMOVE ALL THE UNWANTED PROGRAMS AND FILES FROM UR COMPUTER.

TRY THESE POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS AND HOPE THIS SHOULD WORK...
