1. nt4 has service pack 6a
2. running java 1.13 on this machine
3. updated to common cpntrols 5.0

I get about 50% of the time a eception error
page fault in kernal32.dll at
0x00000005 at address 0x004146de0

I first tried increasing the page file size then
the service pack then the java update then the common controls update and I now don't know where to
go next these machines are used for educational
purposes at a college. I am the Network admin
