It crashed so I had to turn it off. Now it wont come up with windows. I am stupid and shouldnt turn it off I think but what to do next or am I screwed? Time to get new computer.

when it is starting up hold down F5 and it should start in safe mode. You can then look through and try to find what is wrong.
