Evertime i load word I get this messageFaulting application winword.exe, version 10.0.2627.0, faulting module mso.dll, version 10.0.2625.0, fault address 0x006d3fe5. All other office products work its just word. I'm running Windoes XP by the way Thanks Jon

renaming normal.dot, just can't delete anything first off, worked for me. I wish I googled before I reloaded would have save a few bits ;)

It's the graphics/pics you have in the document... I have the same problem with publisher xp. trying the oxpauiu.exe now.

Best you can do is to forget Office XP and install Office 2000.
I don't know anyone who works fine in this situation. Don't waste a whole day trying to fix it, no way!

I had error "Faulting application winword.exe, version 10.0.2627.0, faulting module mso.dll, version 10.0.2625.0, fault address 0x0010d5d6" on Word XP.
On opening Word demands to be activated.
Only occurs when user has limited rights (ie not local administrator)No problems when signed in as admin....

The Update with oxpauiu.exe works!!!!!
I had a crash with module mso.dll when selecting a PCL 6 printer.
Now updated the alternative user input and it is OK!!Thank you!

Before suggesting a Office repair or reinstall, please try to delete the 'Normal.dot' file and restart Word.Post back if this does not work for a new solution. Computerpilot

Same thing with me. ANyone figure it out?I was running Office 2000 on ME and got the error. I removed Office, then installed OFfice XP (still on ME) Still get the error. Word will only run in SAFE MODE. osu9400@yahoo.com thanks.
