On my Windows NT 4 server i get an application error msexeicm.exe file corrupt and i cannot access my worksations and terminals connected and cannot send messages for microsoft exchange server. But it can recieve emails from the net

NT install has that file, check for viruses and do a install again.
Did you know that "redesktop" under KDE enables you to connect to Windows 2000 Terminal Servers? You can now have a crash proof OS connecting to your servers at work!
