I have an AMD 1 GHz processor
Windows 98SE

I started having problems ever since I uninstalled a few programs that I no longer used.
I get this error when trying to import or export autocad files.

I am not really sure how to fix this problem, your help would be appreciated
Thanks

I'm getting this error message when I try to exit MS Excel. All of the Excel files that are linked to Access databases. My entire computer freezes and I have to shut down manually because CTRL+ALT+DEL won't do anything. I've run a virus scan and a Windows Update, and haven't found anything. Should I reinstall?

If your system has a ZIP drive try downloading the latest driver. This is a fix that I found in the Autodesk help sight. I have a couple of systems getting this error and are using internal ZIP drives. I am also going to try removing the internal ZIP drive on one system and installing a external USB ZIP drive. Hope this helps you out.

Hello Alan...!

Sorry to say your deleting of files has left residuals in your regisry. That is a memory addressing problem. I wipe out my computer on a regular basis. Dump the hard drive, repartition, format and reinstall Windows 98. It will clear up the problem, and maybe a few more your not yet aware of.
