I have a P3 running Win98 SE, how can I fix this: "A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C004F320 in VXD VCACHE(01) + 00000B20". Any help would be great!

Hi
This problem is caused by either:
1. Bad Memory
2. Mis-matched memory (speeds or makes)
3. Memory too slow for pc board.

My system uses an Athlon 1.2g processor with 750+ MB RAM and plenty of swap space on the three 40gig HDs. I have only received this error (I have a P3 running Win98 SE, how can I fix this: "A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C004F320 in VXD VCACHE(01) + 00000B20". ) once but recently I have begun to have some weird blackouts on this system.My systems are running and on line 24/7, connected to a peer to peer network on CAT5 Cable. The Internet Connection is broadband through Sprint. I connect to and from these machines to and from other remote systems. I am running IE 5.5 after uninstalling 6.x which caused some unwanted disappearance of graphics when visiting other web pages. Any ideas as to what caused this unusual error, would be greatly appreciated.
