: I loaded a game from The Learning Company. When I launch the game, I get to a screen asking for the players name, which is accepted. When I hit start, I get a Blue Screen Error message:

: PRES ENTER TO RETURN TO WINDOWS, OR
: PRESS CNTL+ALT+DEL TO RESTART YOUR COMPUTER. IF YOU DO THIS, YOU WILL LOSE ANY UNSAVED INFORMATION IN ALL OPEN APPLICATIONS.
: ERROR: 0E: 0028: C00587C9
: Windows ME edition - many other kids games on same PC without this problem. Any suggestions before I call the "Help Desk"? Thanks!
