there are several suggestions for the fix on this on microsofts office/word support site. In one instance it's a templete or macro loading that cause it. They suggest getting current with the updates. I tried everything and including repair to complete reinstall. They work for a little while then the crash come back. It's still crashing. Gee I'm glad there's no real competition for their product?
