Hi the problem is in the 3 boxes up the right hand top corner of screen,there is a dash, a box,and a x. when we are on the internet and a web page comes up and we want to make the page bigger or smaller with the box in the middle it freezes the computer and also when we click on the x to get rid of page it will freeze the computer as well,can someone help with this problem please. thanks
