My friend is trying to get the internet on his computer/laptop, the problem is though that everytime he puts the wireless internet card in it the computer freezes so he has to shut it down. It can't be a virus though because, well, he has never connected to the internet on the computer... I'm not sure what his computer is or the type of card it is but I was hoping I could maybe get some answers without that information.If you know anything helpful please respond!
