I am having a problem with clock time in Outlook 2003. When I send an e-mail it displays the correct time that the e-mail was sent. However, when I receive an e-mail the clock is off by more than an hour. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? My OS is XP Home and I have downloaded the DST update for my PC and Outlook.Thanks,
