I receive this message when I browse the internet. I have IE Explorer 6.0 and Windows 98. This is quite frequent.
Memory: 128 MB
Disk free space: 2GB
Processor: 300 MHz

Hi James,
the 0E part indicates that you most likely ran out of memory and putting stuff on the hard disk went wrong.

It may simply mean that you need more memory in your computer.
