I have just loaded freeserve broadband on my fathers computer(running Windows 98), everything was running fine unitl we restarted the computer. The computer now loads up and gets as far as the C:\>REM[Header] line and stops. When pressing control, alt and delete the following message occurs:-
An exception OE has occured at 0028:C0031A54 in VXD--- This was called from 0028:C013D908 in VXD--- It may be possoble to continue noramlly. Unfortunately I can only start up in safe mode, can anyone help, what does this error mean and how can i fix it. Many thanks, Richard
