I have WIN 98 installed on my P-IV 233 Mhtz/256mb RAM/40GB HDD

When I connect to Internet and try to install Yahoo Messenger, it starts downloading and after installation, when I try to start Yahoo, I get following message :

Second Problem

I work in a bank and there are so many earlier files in WordStar 4 or 7. Can I get those files in MS Office - Word XP, edit and print them? If yes, what I have to do?
