MSinfo32.exe won't run, pc reboots, cursor fre

My System Information won't open up, neither does my Help and Support file. In addition my pc randomly reboots and my mouse cursor freezes. This only happens when I connect to the net. Can someone please help me?

By the way it only freezes and reboots until after I connect to the net.
