My friend changed her xp professional password and then forgot it is there some way to find of change it.

Not sure how expensive this program is. But we use it at work and it is a powerful tool. I will unlock any account including the administrator account with knowing the password.

Do you know it the "administrator" account has a password?
If not the solution is simple...

Boot the computer in "safe mode"(f8) and log in as administrator.
Then go to the controlpanel/user accounts and remove the password on the account in question.
