running windows ME, and alot of the time when i turn on the computer, i get error message of eithere explorer, scandiss, norton, aol et..., has caused an error in krnl386.exe, explorer.... will now close. i keep ex'ing the windows out, and getting blue screen of death. how do i fix this?
