I shutdown my HP Pavillion 510N improperly in August. I am using XP Home Edition. Had to call HP support in order to bring computer back up. Now I cannot download any windows updates. I get a message stating "update for background intelligent transfer service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1 (Kb842773)failed". I ordered SP2 CD from Microsoft and while trying to install it on my computer, I got
a message stating to make sure crytograpics is installed. Can
anyone advise me?
