I'm running Win98 and whenever I attempt to close a full screen program that isn't DOS based, my screen turns warps and becomes discolored, and my keyboard and mouse won't respond at all. The only way to i have to exit a fullscreen program is ctrl-alt-del to restart. I have a home built computer, but I don't think the problem is hardware based because the problem didn't start until i had been using it for about a month, so I won't go into details about the hardware unless you ask. i would greatly appreciate some advice. Also, I do not know of anything I could have done to cause this, as I have been running like this for quite some time. Please help.
