I am trying to solve my win98 pII 400 Mhz pc, it working fine untill few days ago, when load it pass the logon password then the glass hour disappear on the desktop and leave the mouse's arrow on the screen...
did scanreg/repair,
scanreg/fix
ren win.com/win.old...
reinstall win twice still not help....
scane disk found no error, etc...I can only boot to dos, can someone help me.... the pc is old but I have lot of infomations I need, I want to retreave before reformat the drive or salvage it... Thanks in advance
