Hello,

when I try to run
regsvr32 c:\windows\system\cryptnet.dll

I get error
LoadLybrary("c:\windows\system\cryptnet.dll") failed
GetLastErrors returns 0x00000485

I can´t see https pages in IE5, windows 98

What can it be the problem?.
