I just installed a scanjet 3970 on my laptop which has Windows 98 and everything seems to be working fine except the "Photo prints" and the "Quick prints" buttons in the Hp Photo & Imaging Gallary. When I select the "Photo prints" button I get the error message "Hpqpos08 caused a general protection fault in module Hprwin09.DLL" and when I select the "Quick prints" button I get the error message "Hpqprntw caused a general protection fault in module Hprwin09.DLL" I have already un/re installed the software and I have downloaded updated software and re installed that and still same problem.
