I have a PC with Windows 2000 profesional and my problem is the internet is very slow.When i check in the properties of the conection ( by modem ) i see that amount of bytes that my modem is sending it the same that it receivieng.I've use the spybot search and destry and didn't any problem. tks

DO YOU HAVE AN INTERNET SECURITY SUCH AS NORTON. IF SO TURN IT OFF AND TRY WITHOUT IT. MY SON IN LAW CLEANED OUT MY COMP. AS YOU DID AND STILL WAS SLOW. TURNS OUT I HAD THREE FIREWALLS. ROUTER, NORTON AND XP. YOU MIGHT HAVE SAME.
