OK, I guess I'm an idiot....but I can't manage to install printer software on my PC.
I recently purchased a HP psc2175 All-In-One. But when I insert the software CD nothing happens. I've tried everything, including trying to open it through My Computer. I get a pop-up that says: D:\is not accessible. The device is not ready."
Someone suggested finding the software online and downloading it that way...but I can't seem to find what I need.
I'm sure there is a simple solution but I'm clueless....and frustrated. Somebody.....please help!
