i got troj_stilen.a in my restore cab6 area and i cant get rid of it in safe mode or anything. housecall detects it but says i cant access it. what should i do

If you know which virus is not able to be cleaned up let us know the Virus name and type, alternatively run your antivirus check in safe mode...
