Problem:
Upon signing into the computer I get the message:

SVCHOST>EXE is lined to missing export WININET.DLL:DeleteUrlCacheEntryA

The computer will open but I am not able to get on the internet.

I appreciate any help you can give me. Either advise what I can do to fix the problem or advise it is not fixable.
