I have a XFX Geforce 4 MX 440 with 128MB and played games fine with a WD 10GB. When I switched to a Maxtor 40GB, all my games (Halo, Max Payne 2, Spinter Cell) load fine then freeze after 60 sec. I have reinstalled XP a couple of times. CPU, mem temps report OK. Any ideas/solutions would be appreciated.
