I have several users that receive this error message in Excel. I have been trying to determine the address location so I could correct the problem but have not had any success.

Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

First aid 97 installed?

How about custom macros that try to close their own workbook? Maybe a custom toolbar that is designed to close the opened workbook?

The memory address you specified indicates that you may have a generic/text only printer installed. This has been known to create an error memory address similar to the one you mentioned. I would check this out.

If any of these sound familiar, then post back and I might be able to post you instructions on how to repair it.

I have a feeling the I might be insulting your intellegence a little. Do you work at a help desk or IT dept.?
