The illegal operation usually will give you a program that is causing it. Make sure to give us the FULL error message.

Do the standard troubleshooting. What changes (hardware or software) have you done recently that might have started this error message?

This message is usually due to damaged system files in either office or windows. Please give me a more specific error message and I would be happy to explore all types of possilbities.
