have a dell laptop running windows me, while browsing the internet with internet explorer (not sure what version), recently started getting message "Iexplore caused an error in shell32.dll" and then says the window will shut down and if i continue to have problems try restarting. which of course, i've done a thousand times and it doesn't help at all. can't find this error in microsoft or internet explorer database. there is a similar message about an invalid page fault but nothing on "caused an error"
