Please it's getting full, i have removed some that gave me options but alot don't.

If you do not need or want the program associated with an Icon in your System Tray & right clicking the Icon does not offer an options menu, then go to Add & Remove in Control Panel & remove the program. If you want to keep the program, try opening the program from the Start menu & check for an options menu within the program. If you find an options menu in the program, look for a checked box that offers to place an Icon on your Task Bar & uncheck it. Don't forget to click apply & OK before exiting

if you mean the quick launch toolbar, you can simply eliminate it through right clik the tray toolbars>quicklaunch

right clik and 'properties' to adjust the tray itself

or access through the control pannel
