Every time you get this error message, a log file is created on exactly what is causing the problem. It would be best if I had that information to determine the problem.

However, I see two issues that I would tackle first (without the log file). First off, have you attempted a repair of Word/Office 2000? Also, have you tried reinstalling Word? This I would definitely try first.

Secondly, have you had problems with your primary printer? Can you print from Word without the error message? If not, I would suspect a print driver problem. Try reinstalling the print driver.

If you get a hold of the log file, then you can copy and paste into a post. You can use Dr. Watson to find the log file on your version of windows.
