I regularly get "booted out" of the "WebBroker Select" website. It is a website which provides streaming market quotes, so it is quite busy. Without notice, an IE window appears. It says:
"We are unable to re-establish connection to the server. If this problem persists, please contact customer support."
My connection at this point is terminated. I must exit and re-enter the website. Happens 6-10 times per day.
I have also received the following "Error Signature" in addition to the previous message (for the identical problem):
Error Signature iexplore.exe AppVer 6.0.2800.1106 ModName msjava.dll ModVer 5.0.38120.0 Offset 000282f2
I have already unchecked "Enable third-party browser extensions" and re-booted ... same problem.
I am using a cable modem through Rogers.
I am using XP Home Edition, and my PC is a Micro-Star International, System Model KM266-8235
This problem is extremely annoying. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated !!
