I have saved off an email attachment that should be an image file type. However, the file is .html extension and I cannot view the file as an image. I've tried the HELP instructions to change the file type, but when I go to view/folder options/file type tab, there is no file type tab. I am operating Windows 98. How do I view this .html file? Am I supposed to change the file type? If so, why don't I see the file type tab in my view/folder options window? I can view other image files that have an image extension such as .jpg.
