From: Ali on 11/07/2003
When I start my computer this warning pops up "Dw has caused an error in DW.EXE. Dw will now close. If you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer"and I am unable to connect to the internet. I have a cable modem and Windows ME. I've tried both restarting my computer and defragmenting and that didn't help. I have no idea what I'm doing~can anyone help me?

resolution for this problem is that
1.turn off computer
2.as your turning the computer on keeping on tapping f8 go to safe mode
3.in safe mode desktop click on START then onRUN type in MSCONFIG choose selective startup and remove the check for MEDIALOAD in the STARTUP tab on the extreme right hand side
4.after that restart the compute and uninstall the mediaload software from add/remove programs

that shall take care of the problem.
