Can't start up Windows ME..........get this error: OE : 016F : BFF8E64B? Can however start up in "safe mode". Any help on fix would be met with much happiness and joy!

Try holding down the F8 key at bootup, see if you can choose to have Windows create a log file (bootlog.txt) This will identify each driver as it loads, and you'll know the last successful one before it bombs out.
