Hi guys, I finally found the solution! Go to Driverguide.com and register for free. Find out the manufacturer's name for your monitor/video adapter and download the driver. In my case I had to download SiS530_win98.exe as my video chipset is sis530. Hope this helps!

Arron, you need the correct drivers for your video card. Since you have Windows 98, you should restart in safe mode, open the device manager (My computer, Right click, Properties) and remove your video card from the list in the applet. Next is to reboot. When windows comes back up, you SHOULD get detailed info about the video card. From there, its simple. Go to the video card manufacturers web site or even try driverguide.com for the latest drivers for your specific video card.
