When I receive an attachment (usually from someone using a different email client (such as Pegasus), I see that there is an attachment, but after clicking on the paper clip, the attachment name is faded out (still readable, but faded into the background). I am unable to open the attachment.

Anyone know if I need to change my settings, or if this is a problem originating at the sender's end.
