I have been running fine on Win2000pro for about 6 months. Then I installed a BTC DVD Burner.

Now when I shut down the system I get the Blue Screen and the following:

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT HANDLED
Address 8041F228 base at 80400000, DateStamp 384d9b17 - ntoskrnl.exe

I'm trying 2 different HD. And when trying to install w2000 I get the error. I'm trying to use a Compaq deskpro 7478.

I get the same problem but i istalled a game and every time I try and play it, it comes up with the blue screen saying KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT HANDLED and with alot of numbers and at the end it says hal.dll i am also running Win2000pro
