I am reading what you do to correct the problem with the system dangerously low on resorces - you said to change the normal.dot file, to oldnormal.file, but I don't know how to do this? How do I find the normal.file in the first place. Thanks so much! Jeanine

Jeanine,

Search for the normal.dot file by going to Start-Find. Search the C Drive looking for the normal.dot file. Once you have found it you can rename the file oldnormal.dot.
