Scripting error in Director

Every time I try getting into the HPDirector I get a scripting error code. It says that the Error is Library not found. Code:0
It says URL:file:11c:\Program files\Hewlett Packard Digital Imaging\bbfe\director\director2.htm

If I am in a program, I can print just fine. But the controls on the printer itself do not operate it.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled until I am blue in the face.
HHHHEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPP! Puuuuuuuulease??????

PS-I am running Windows98SE and have zone alarm firewall, which I have disconnected to install a couple times,....also Norton Anti Virus which I have disabled and enabled. hmmmmmmm
