This error just started happening about a week ago - I AM NOT RUNNING ANY PROGRAM OR TRYING TO SAVE ANY .JPG FILE. However, that's what these messages refer to. It starts as soon as my machine is booted up (Windows ME). No applications have to be running to get the message. First get an error message "IJL ERROR [-10] - Failed to save to JPG" with "Intel[R] JPEG Library" on the title bar. THEN, a second error message appears after you click ok to the last. It states, "Failed to save the picture to the file C:\WINDOWS\shelltray\9\s211_214552.jpg" the actual file name changes each time but the rest is the same. The titlebar on this message is "TestAOL7Extract". And yes, I've contacted AOL about this, which I do have, but they've never heard of the error. In fact, the error messages have popped up 3 times while I've been typing this message - and I don't have AOL running/open.
