You have a driver that does not support windows 98. I am sure that at some point, you upgraded to Windows 98 from Windows 95.Check out KBA Q137335 for more information to find out which driver is the offender. Of course, a clean install of Windows 98 (not OVER windows 95) would avoid this error message. This is what I recommend to all my clients.
The article mentioned above can be found at http://support.microsoft.com.
Your driver that is causing the offense if what is indicated by "VNM". However, this is not a valid driver that I (or microsoft) knows of. I think you meant "VMM" but I am not sure. If it is "VMM" then the Virtual Machine Manager driver is Windows 95 and needs to be upgraded to Windows 98.
Post back if you need step-by-step instructions on how to fix your particular problem. I will need to verify your driver name so make sure that you typed it correctly.
