Connected my Geforce 4 mx440 card to my TV but it didn't work in Windows so I changed my monitor type to Generic Television and after that when I restarted the computer the card doesn't work anymore not even in the BIOS? What happened... // Oscar

POST on a PC, bios startup, always happens as a VGA thing, so you would only see the BIOS messages with a VGA monitor, not video out.
You can try hitting the F8 key while booting to put windows into safe mode, it should stay in VGA mode.
Geforce or other video cards probably have a boot floppy for setup, use it to reset any NOVRAM on the card and try again.
Think about it, the only way the card would know to come up in a mode other than VGA would be some sort of non volitle memory on board, and the factory would have to supply some sort of way to reset it to normal, or they would get thousands of "dead" returned product.
So look for a way to reset it, if you think it is a boot up problem with the board.
Try another board to make sure it isn't something else you did.
