when i start up my computer an get to the desk top the error message appears say unhandled exeption c0000005 at address 100016b8 i am using windows xp pro how do i fix this problem

same error for 98 and delfi media vewer is also the cause. the problem persisted untill i manually removed a few files left behind in the folder and restarted to clear the registry..
