Fatal Exception ( On Closing Windows 98- 2nd editi

The following error message occurs upon closing W98 :
0167:BFF9DFD4

Does anyone know what this means ? How it may be corrected ?

Using a Toshiba Laptop Satellite.

Oh and another thing, what is the handler ref of the exception
is it 0E: by any chance if so you may want to replace the offending file. You may have to work some more on the problem, but keep me posted at Jasonmerlin20@hotmail.com

Try running 'scandisk c:' and 'scanreg/fix' from command prompt, aslso look at the problem with memory in mind...
