An exception refers to an error in the Operating System (ie Windows). The code number (in your case "06") refers to the specific error. I believe this is that the processor has encounted an invalid opcode. This means that the program being run by the processor had an instruction that wasn't part of the legitimate instruction set."Fatal" is a word used to say "this error stops the program running" Hope this helps.
